Early Childhood
About
We recognize Early Childhood students as active participants in their learning process. Our program offers opportunities to develop skills and acquire knowledge in an integrated, open, dynamic manner.
Early Childhood students work both individually and in groups. Our eclectic instructional approach promotes student engagement and takes into account their development, interests and needs.

Our program incorporates music, visual, and plastic arts, as well as psychomotor development activities.
Classrooms are organized in learning centers structured to promote constructive play, allowing children to manipulate resources. Each area contains materials that meet different interests and learning needs.
Students’ whole language development is promoted at Mindful Community School to cultivate a love for reading and purposeful writing experiences. Vocabulary development and verbal expression are enhanced through learning experiences.
The assessment process is ongoing utilizing a variety of methods.
Values are emphasized through the implementation of specific programs and activities.
